    Gilbert + Lee executed an up-fit for us of a partially finished shell building within Dunes West. They worked with our design team to complete our personal 9000 square foot space, as well as, our property manager, Lee and Associates, to complete the additional suites totalling an additional 5000 sqft. We were very pleased with GLC extreme professionalism and efficient processes from design and preconstruction, to the final punch and one year warranty walk. We highly recommend GLC for commercial projects or improvements of any size.
