Hailey is our Executive Director of Marketing and Human Resources at Gilbert + Lee Construction. She is responsible for the planning and organization of different ways for GLC to make a difference in our community, as well as manages branding and social media.

Hailey grew up in Summerville, S.C. and after her 4 years in college, moved back home to Summerville where she now resides with her husband, Brendan, and daughters, Eloise and Georgia.

Aside from work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family, going out on the boat, baking, and cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves!
